Unicameral Parliament: proposed amendments to the 1987 Constitution

This article contains the full text of the proposed amendments to the 1987 Constitution establishing a unicameral parliament. The proposition provides for regional representatives and regional voting, sectoral representatives and sectoral voting, and a council of state. It also provides for the temporary disqualification of individuals and their relatives, who at any time held certain offices in government, during the first term of the unicameral parliament.
